Local Citation Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides manual local citation building and related local SEO services to businesses and agencies worldwide. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. It applies to all visitors to localcitationservices.com and all clients who order our services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

When you place an order or contact us, you provide:

  • Name and email address
  • Business name, website URL, and business address (needed to build your citations)
  • Business phone number, hours, category, description, and service area
  • Logo, images, and social profile links, where you choose to provide them
  • Payment information, processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • Communications with our team via email or contact form
2.2 Automatically collected data

When you visit localcitationservices.com, we automatically collect limited technical information including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on page, referring URL, and device type. This is used to understand and improve our website.

2.3 Analytics data

We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. It may place cookies on your browser and collects usage data with IP anonymization where available. See Section 7 for details.

To build your citations, we submit your business information (NAP and the details you provide) to the directory and listing sites included in your order. This is the core purpose of the service.

5.3 Legal requirements

We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

5.4 Agency and white-label clients

If you are the end client of an agency that ordered our service on your behalf, your business data may be visible to that agency for the purpose of managing your project. That agency’s handling of your data is governed by its own agreement and privacy policy.

13. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
